Innovative and inspirational, Talking Point Conference and Exhibition Centre (formally St. Paul’s Church, Scouthead, Oldham) is a unique training venue set within an idyllic country location.

Originally built in 1889, St Paul’s Church underwent a £2.5m conversion during 2006/7 to create a state of the art training venue. The centre exudes a modern and contemporary feel whilst retaining some original features of the church. The bright, spacious and modern environment offers a leading edge AV infrastructure complete with on site technical support. All meeting rooms benefit from an abundance of natural daylight. Each room is equipped with stylish ergonomically designed tables and chairs and all benefit from use of a breakout area or lounge.

Talking Point has 6 stunning and contemporary suites ideal for meetings, seminars, exhibitions and new product launches.

Talking Point is an ideal venue for the couple that want something ‘different’, something their guests will remember, a bit of a ‘talking point’. We’re a contemporary, stylish venue set in a countryside setting. We have fabulous views around us and a stunning interior inside. If you want a ‘wow’ wedding, then look no further. We can provide you with the ceremony, the meal and the evening buffet or just one of those things. We are flexible, friendly and our prices are competitive. We only hold one wedding per day here so we can give you our undivided attention and ensure your day is a success.
