Daniel graduated with a BA Hons in Film from Emerson College, Boston. He then went on to take an MA in Documentary Photography and Photographic Journalism at Bolton University, which means his style, is also the same discreet, observational and documentary style sought after by wedding couples today. Daniel is passionate about telling the story of people’s weddings through reportage photography, bringing a filmic quality to his images inspired by his background as a filmmaker. He now lectures on various photography subjects and enjoys undertaking documentary projects keeping his photography knowledge and technical skills up to date through training and research.
Daniel lives in the busy village of Hale, Cheshire with his wife and business partner Vicky and their young daughter Beatrice. He is available for weddings, throughout the North West and also undertakes assignments nationally and overseas. While weddings form a large part of his business, Daniel’s reputation for creative and quality images means he has a growing list of commercial clients and more recently is building a family portrait business as a result of basing the business in the family friendly village that is Hale.
