Once you become a “Wedding Suppliers, Venue or Event Organiser” of the site provided by Wedding Club (UK) Ltd, you will receive a User name and password. You are then entirely responsible for the security of your password which will provide you with full system access. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities, which occur, whether under your direction or not when providing access to your employees, customers, agents or others who you then provide access to your listing, advertisement or services through ”Wedding Club (UK) Ltd Website”. You may request a change of your Administration password at any time and you agree to immediately notify Wedding Club (UK) Ltd of any unauthorised use of your user name/password and or any other breach of security known.

- * Fail to Pay Membership Fee/s by its due date
- * The Member is declared bankrupt, or it makes any composition or arrangement with, or conveyance or assignment for the benefit of its creditors, or any application is made under any Bankruptcy Act for the time being in force for a sequestration of its estate, or a trustee is granted by the Member on behalf of its creditors, or if it, being a company, has a petition presented for its winding up or enters into voluntary or compulsory liquidation (except for the purpose of a bona fide solvent reconstruction or amalgamation), or if a receiver or examiner is appointed over any of the Member’s undertaking or assets on behalf of debenture holders or creditors or otherwise.
- * The Member ceases trading
Cancellation
You will be at liberty to terminate your membership at any time after having been a Wedding Club (UK) Ltd member for 6 months by providing Wedding Club (UK) Ltd with one month's notice in writing at which time you will receive a refund of your membership fees for that part of the 1 year period remaining on your membership at the point of termination.
